Diablo 4 PS5, PS4 Early Launch Faces Invalid License Issues Fixed

Blizzard’s plans for a smooth and trouble-free launch of Diablo 4 seem to have hit a snag. Players who were excited to dive into the game on their PS5 or PS4 consoles, thanks to the four days of early access granted by the Ultimate Edition, are encountering a frustrating error related to license issues. This error is preventing them from enjoying the game, but it’s possible that the problem lies with Sony rather than Blizzard.

Fortunately, Blizzard is aware of the issue and is actively working on resolving it. Community manager PezRadar has acknowledged the reports and assured players that the team is currently investigating the problem. In a recent statement, PezRadar said, “We have received reports from PlayStation users who are experiencing Invalid License errors. Our team is currently looking into this matter and we will provide an update as soon as we have more information.” Interestingly, players on PC and Xbox Series X|S, as well as Xbox One, have not encountered the same issue, suggesting that it might be a flaw specific to Sony’s systems.
